Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Customers are eligible to request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery provided that the product meets the following criteria:

  • The product received is materially different from the product ordered, including but not limited to differences in color, size, model, or specifications.

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or exhibits manufacturing faults.

  • The quantity of items received is incorrect or incomplete.

  • The product does not meet the quality standards as described on our website.

  • To facilitate a smooth returns process, customers must notify Modura Homes promptly by submitting a return request along with supporting documentation such as the original purchase receipt and clear photographs evidencing the issue.

Returns and Refund Process

  • Initiating a Return:
Customers should log in to their Modura Homes account and access the ‘Returns’ section to submit a return or exchange request. Please provide detailed information regarding the reason for return, along with photographic evidence where applicable.

  • Review and Approval:
Upon receipt of the return request, our Customer Service team will review the submission and respond within 2–3 business days with approval status and further instructions.

  • Return Shipment:
Once approved, customers will be provided with the return shipping address and any applicable shipping labels. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.

  • Inspection and Refund:
Returned products will be inspected upon arrival to verify the condition and eligibility. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping Costs and Applicable Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return results from a Modura Homes error or a defective product.

  • Shipping fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable except in cases where Modura Homes is at fault.

  • A restocking fee of up to 5% may be applied for cancellations or returns where the product is opened, used, or otherwise not in resaleable condition.

  • Items returned without prior approval or in a damaged or altered state may be rejected, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or bespoke items produced according to customer specifications.

  • Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted products.

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Perishable goods and consumables.

Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order must do so prior to shipment confirmation. Once an order has been processed for shipping, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and will be subject to the returns policy guidelines, including potential restocking fees.
